I had a drain that needed clearing and a problem with a furnace and was pleased to find that Connect had a service field manager (Justin Helmsin) that could handle both on the same trip, without a trip charge. He was friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and wiling to answer the questions I had. He provided me with an accurate quote before any work was performed and gave me advice on how I could avoid problems in the future. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with Connect! I was staring at about 15 ads for heating and plumbing work and they were the 2nd one I called. The Gephart approval and the low pressure sales approach caught my attention. Natausha answered my call and was candid and forthright about their services and fees. I am very impressed with Connect!

Our kitchen was in need of a major facelift. I needed plumbing, gas line work, electrical and an air duct vent relocated. Connect accommodated me with all the above services.
